Share Your Experience
Are you a parent of a student who receives special education services? The Idaho Department of Education wants your feedback! The Parent Involvement Survey is your opportunity to share how well your student’s school involves you in their education. If you receive the survey by email or mail, please take a few minutes to complete it.
Keep an eye on your inbox: surveys will be sent during the first week of June from noreply@experience.idaho.gov. Your input will help improve parent involvement across Idaho. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience!

Juniors in Ms. Enich’s English class finished up their “Great Gatsby” unit by celebrating with the 1920s themed Gatsby Gala!
Students prepared costumes, food items, and jazz performances from the 1920s and shared with the rest of the junior class. That’s a wrap, Old Sports!

Mrs. Jen Yasen's Biology class recently conducted their annual rat dissection. During this hands-on activity, students skinned the rats, removed muscle tissue, identified bones, and studied the anatomy of the rat, drawing parallels to human anatomy.

Kellogg High School students Aiden, Darby, Raelynn, Chase, Tanner, and Emma, under the guidance of Ag Science teacher Cory North, are making a real difference in our community through hands-on building projects!
These students have been hard at work creating a variety of items, including cornhole boards for the City of Kellogg, signs for the Pinehurst Golf Course, and transforming "junk" into creative projects. They're also demonstrating their metalworking skills by crafting fire pits from blank metal.
This project is more than just building; it's about developing essential problem-solving skills. As their instructor observed, the students tackled each task with determination and a commitment to achieving near perfection. They took immense pride in their work, ensuring that every piece met their high standards before it left the shop.
This initiative highlights the powerful connection between our schools and the community, while showcasing the incredible talents and dedication of our students.

15 school days... that's all that stands between us and summer! Keep those attendance numbers up so you don't miss a single moment of the end-of-year fun. Plus, solid attendance now sets you up for success next year! #ksdstudentsfirst
