Thank you to our students and staff for showing up, staying engaged, and making every day count. Consistent attendance builds strong habits, supports learning, and helps our schools stay connected and thriving. We appreciate the effort it takes—especially on busy weeks—and we’re grateful for the commitment our school community shows each day. 💙📚#everydaycounts

Every day in school matters. When students are present consistently, they build stronger learning habits, stay connected to their teachers and peers, and are better set up for academic success.
We know mornings can be busy and schedules can be full, but showing up—even on the hard days—adds up in powerful ways. Thank you to our students, families, and staff for continuing to make attendance a priority and helping our students stay on track. Let’s keep the momentum going! 📚#everydaycounts

🎉 Short week, strong attendance! 🎉
With no school on Monday for MLK Day, our students still showed up in a big way and rocked their attendance this week. Way to stay engaged, stay consistent, and make every day count—even on a shortened schedule. We’re proud of you! 👏📚 #everydaycounts

Cold and flu season is here, and staying healthy helps students be present, engaged, and ready to learn. A few simple habits can make a big difference:
🧼 Wash hands often
🚰 Don’t share water bottles
😴 Get a good night’s sleep
🥗 Eat well and stay hydrated
When students take care of themselves, they’re better able to make every day count. Thank you to our families and staff for helping keep our schools healthy and our students learning!

❄️ Ski Club Season is Off to a Great Start! ⛷️🏂
This week, Kellogg Middle School 6th and 7th graders kicked off Ski Club with a trip to Silver Mountain for ski and snowboard lessons and a full day on the slopes. Having a world-class ski resort quite literally right out our back door is an incredible opportunity for our students—and one we don’t take for granted.
We’re especially thankful for our continued partnership with Silver Mountain, which helps make this unique and affordable experience possible for KMS students. Programs like Ski Club build confidence, encourage healthy activity, and create memories our students will carry with them for years.
🤞 Here’s hoping for more snow so our 8th graders can join in the fun next week and keep the season rolling!

We are grateful to the Kellogg Chapter of Kiwanis for their generous $500 donation in support of the Kellogg High School PBIS program.
PBIS (Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports) is a school-wide framework that focuses on teaching and reinforcing positive behaviors, creating consistent expectations, and recognizing students for making good choices. At KHS, PBIS helps build a safe, respectful, and supportive school culture where students can thrive both academically and socially.
This donation will directly support student incentives tied to PBIS, helping us recognize and encourage positive behavior, responsibility, and respect throughout the school year.
Community partnerships like this make a meaningful difference for our students. Thank you, Kellogg Kiwanis, for investing in our youth and for your continued support of Kellogg High School and our community!
